Indemnity:
Participants in the Discovery Soccer Park 1st Sunday's @ DSP, through their participation in each of the tournaments, accept the tournament rules, as may be amended from time to time by the tournament organizers, and indemnify Discovery Soccer Park, Newshelf 883 (Pty) Ltd and any of their respective members, shareholders, employees, directors, sponsors or contractors (collectively the indemnified persons) against any injury or loss that the players and managers/coaches/representatives or spectators may suffer while playing at, or attending, the Discovery Soccer Park 1st Sunday's @ DSP (including, but not limited to, the area of the Sandton Sports Club known as “Discovery Soccer Park”), whether that injury or loss is caused by any act or omission, negligent or otherwise of an indemnified person. The managers/coaches/representatives acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the players that will be representing their team in the Discovery Soccer Park 1st Sunday's @ DSP and will ensure that the players are physically fit and mentally capable of participating in all related activities. The managers/coaches/representatives are responsible for notifying their players/spectators/representatives of this indemnity.
